eReach Subscription Management Platform
This solution enables Machine-to-Machine (M2M) connections of all types of connected machines and consumers have the freedom to remotely connect devices to mobile networks.
eReach, Valid’s Subscription Management Solution, enables MNOs, Service Providers, MVNE (virtual network enabler) and Device makers to remotely provision a subscription into connected devices and manage subscriptions during its lifecycle. It can be implemented on any form factor and allows MNOs, consumers and service providers to remotely activate the SIM embedded in any standard device.
The solution is an enabler for Machine to Machine (M2M) connections including the simple mobile connection of all types of connected machines. And also gives consumers the freedom to remotely connect devices to mobile networks.
Being fully compliant with GSMA remote SIM provisioning specification for M2M and consumer devices, it ensures interoperability with eSIMs / eUICCs and the flexibility to easily integrate to platforms from other vendors.
- Fully compliant with remote provisioning GSMA standards ensuring interoperability
- Profile Management and Generation: Batch or “on-the-fly” Modes
- Integration Modules specially designed to simplify the integration of eReach with MNO´s backend
- Rules Management, driven for special use case requirements
Valid is already a key SIM OTA player, having a strong credibility in the SIM provisioning solution area with all the skills and knowledge to support customers would penetrate the IoT/M2M market. Compared to the traditional SIM, the eUICC will offer significant advantages such as expanding the range of devices available (tablet, PC, wearable…) that are conveniently small and also cellular enabled, providing superior ability for companies to manage SIM-bearing inventory over long distances and react efficiently to changing supply. For consumers, it can lead to lower costs of connected products, an increase in the number of connected devices and an improved customer experience with greater flexibility. As for the MNO’s, the eSIM can give rise to new market opportunities in areas such as M2M, IoT and the connected car. It can also lead to the reduction of SIM handling, integration and handling costs while MVNO’s will benefit as the eSIM will allow them to compete the major MNOs making it easier to capture new market share.
